We are pet lovers, so our parks were designed for residents with pets. All of our spaces are designed for pets, except for only a few spaces in our City Park. Our pet policy includes the following requirements:
- You must live in one of our privately-fenced spaces, so your pet can run freely in your yard.
- We have a two pet limit. The size of pets allowed in your space is solely at our discretion. Much of that depends on the size of the yard in the space you are renting.
- Breeds such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Mastiffs, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers or any other breed that we consider to be undesirable are not allowed in the park. We may ask for a pet interview before your pet is allowed in the park.
- You must keep your dog on a leash and under your supervision when outside of your privately-rented area.
- Your animal at all times must have current rabies shots and other licenses required by law.
- Your animal must not disturb your neighbors, whether the animal is inside or outside of your RV. Your animal must sleep indoors at night so it won’t disturb your neighbors.
A complete list of our rules and regulations concerning pets will be in the Animal Addendum you are required to sign when you sign your lease. Any questions you have will be addressed at that time.
We have pets of our own, so we know and understand that your pet is an important member of your family. We designed the majority of our spaces with you in mind, so tell that special family member of yours, “Welcome to Concord RV Parks.”
